Information Stored On Your Device
Animal Pile! stores game progress locally on your device, including generated or user-entered player name, high score, game settings, animal collection progress, number of animals created, games played, and ad-free purchase status.
This local save data is used to run the game, show progress, restore settings, and display your local leaderboard. In the current version, this information is not uploaded to a House of Quamina Games server.
If a future version adds an online leaderboard, account system, cloud save, or multiplayer feature, this policy and the app store privacy disclosures should be updated before release.
Advertising
Animal Pile! uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to show ads in the free version of the game. Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share information such as IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, ad interactions, app launches, taps, video views, diagnostics, crash, performance and SDK information, and device or advertising identifiers depending on device settings and consent.
This information may be used for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Users who purchase the optional ad-free upgrade should no longer be shown ads in Animal Pile!.

Consent And Tracking
Where required, Animal Pile! may show privacy or consent prompts before ads are personalized. On iOS, if tracking that requires Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission is enabled, the game should request permission through Apple's system prompt. The game continues to work if tracking permission is denied.
Purchases
Animal Pile! offers an optional ad-free upgrade. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the device. House of Quamina Games does not receive your payment card number. The game may store whether the ad-free upgrade is unlocked so ads can be disabled for that user.
Information We Do Not Request
Animal Pile! does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location, health data, or calendar.
Children
Animal Pile! has a colorful cartoon style, but it is intended as a general-audience casual puzzle game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at games@houseofquamina.com.
Data Deletion
Local game progress can be removed by deleting the app from the device. You may also contact games@houseofquamina.com for privacy questions or deletion requests related to information House of Quamina Games controls.
Advertising identifiers can be reset or limited using the privacy settings on iOS or Android. Google may provide additional controls for ad personalization through Google account and device settings.
Data Security
Animal Pile! uses platform services and third-party SDKs that transmit data using encrypted connections where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information associated with the game.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Animal Pile! privacy page.
